2008 Full Throttle Midweek Series Dates Announced

Back by popular demand! Part Duex! Bigger & better! How's that for enthusiasm? We really can't contain our excitement, and neither can most of last year's participants knocking down our door already.

Here's the skinny: Solitude will host our Second Annual Tuesday evenings bike series throughout the 2008 summer. Registration will be at 5:45 PM the day of the race. Race mass start at 6:30 PM. $12/race. Moonbeam Lot - Entry 1.
The series dates are:

June 24, 2008
July 1
July 8
July 15
July 22
July 29
August 5

The Series comes together thanks to Full Throttle Energy Drink, Peak Fasteners, Revolution Bike Shop and Cannondale Bicycles. This seven event series will offer competition to all fields of ability levels. Beginners will complete one loop on a scenic, yet challenging 4 mile singletrack course. Intermediate and expert riders will tackle this course two and three times, respectively. A short children’s race will precede the race each night, making this a great event for families.

Guaranteed $2000 cash purse for top three Men and Women Pro/Expert and Sport class finishers; plus nightly prize raffles. Take a look at the post below for an idea of what the payouts were last season. This years purse has doubled last years total already, with the potential to grow even larger depending on participation.
